DJ Perry Louis is not from the usual school of DJs; he started his schooling on the dance floor dancing to Rare Groove, Jazz Funk, Boogie and Jazz in the ‘70s and still performs today with his international Jazz Dance group the JazzCotech Dancers. What started as a clear love for the music and “Perry’s Red Box of 45”s has grown into an amazing Vinyl collection, a quarter of which is autographed by the original artists.

Perry is currently hosting two weekly radio shows on Diverse fm 102.8 and Global Soul Radio.

His weekly JazzCotech show every Wednesday between 19:00 and 22:00 UK time on Diverse 102.8 fm (www.diversefm.com) features Jazz Funk, Boogie, Latin, Dance Floor Jazz, Afro, Funk and Soul, both new and old from the dancefloor in a style and at a standard only Perry can deliver. It’s a true mystical, musical journey that always has his audience wanting more.

Perry has also created a Lockdown show for Global Soul Radio ( https://globalsoulradio.com/ ), which he hosts every Saturday afternoon between 15:00 and 17:00 UK time. Perry created this show to raise everyone’s spirits during the Covid-19 lockdown period with a mix of good music (Boogie, Jazz Funk, Soul, Funk) that got people hooked on clubbing in the first place and positive, uplifting vibes.

The Lockdown Show is one big, happy party and has created its own Facebook community of people from all over the world linking into the show and catching up with each other. Such is the success of the show that Perry has been asked to keep the show going, even after we’re no longer in some kind of lockdown.
